The North Balwyn Baptist Friendship Club celebrates 20 years of Community service to seniors in 2009. It aims to support, befriend, encourage, entertain and equip seniors so they might face the joys and struggles in a positive and mature way.

The Club is organised by a group of 10 very committed people who themselves are all Seniors and who have a great passion to provide excellent and caring ministry to those who come.

The Club meets in the Church hall at 130 Doncaster Rd, North Balwyn on the first Wednesday of each month for lunch and program at 12:30pm ($10) and on every other Wednesday at 1:30pm for program and afternoon tea. ($5) Between 50-60 seniors meet each week and they experience  a wide variety of programs featuring music, speakers, faith input and encouragement and learning experiences.
